Returns/Exchanges

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us for an even exchange or full refund through our return request process.

Returns will only be accepted & processed when we recieve a return request and approve the return. In order to do so you must sign into your account and send a return request from a list of your orders. Returns will not be accepted without this process. Requests must be done within 7 days upon delivery and must be sent out with 24 hours of approval. A refund/credit will be issued once approved item is received and will not include original shipping charges. Any return request past the 7 days will either be rejected or have a store credit issued upon review. 

You will find more instructions on return requirements once return has been approved.

Uneven exchanges must be done in separate transactions.

 

EVIL EYE TENNIS BRACELETS

We must receive a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the bracelet if you are not satisfied for a refund.  These are delicate handmade pieces and would need to be sent back immediately. Refund request will be rejected otherwise. You have 5 days after that for a store credit upon the request process.

 

All sale merchandise is final.

 

DISPUTES & REVIEWS

IF A DISPUTE OR NEGATIVE REVIEW HAS BEEN SUBMITTED WITHOUT REACHING OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WE WILL NO LONGER TAKE FUTURE ORDERS

As we all know sometimes problems occur with either an item or shipment/delivery. Our customer service is our top priority.  If you have any problem whatsoever please reach out to us and we will try our hardest to resolve & accomadate the problem.  Please be patient once you send an email.  It can take up to 2 business days to receive a response from us.
